Portland Police Bureau and Crime Stoppers of Oregon release video, offer reward for tips and info.

VIDEO SCREENSHOT  - The suspect in a dumpster fire approaches the trash container in North Portland. The Portland Police Bureau and Portland Fire & Rescue continue to investigate a case of suspected arson at a North Portland convenience store.

Authorities say an unknown man started a fire in a dumpster outside a Plaid Pantry, 6510 N. Greeley Ave., around 10:50 p.m. on Sunday, March 3.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon is just now releasing surveillance footage of the incident.

"Store surveillance video showed a Black male enter the parking lot at 10:45 p.m. and walk towards the dumpster, moments before the fire started," Crime Stoppers reports.
