CRIME STOPPERS - Arson investigators want help identifying this person of interest seen in Northeast Portland moments before a 4-alarm grass fire started, Aug. 26.Arson investigators are looking for a person of interest possibly connected to a 4-alarm grass fire in Northeast Portland.

The fire started around 5 p.m. on Aug. 26 near Northeast 85th Avenue and Siskiyou Street. It ripped through about 4 acres, destroying a townhouse, a former gym and dozens of cars.

Investigators say the blaze was set intentionally.

They're asking for the public's help to identify a person caught on surveillance video in the area. He's described as a white male riding a "uniquely-colored bicycle."

Portland Fire and Rescue also released surveillance video of a person of interest seen walking in the area of the fire just moments before it started. It's unclear if this is the same person seen riding the bike.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest.

You can submit a tip online or by calling 503-823-4357.
