Portland Police Bureau says a robbery suspect shot someone near Gladstone Street and Southeast 51st Avenue.

VIA PPB - Police say this man is a suspect in a recent robbery. Local police are seeking the public's help to identify a man who apparently shot someone in the leg during a robbery.

In an annoucement this week, police said a robbery was committed in a residential area near Southeast Gladstone Street and 51st Avenue on Aug. 19.

Detectives continue to investigate, but have released security camera footage taken at a nearby convenience store. The footage shows a man wearing a "Straight Outta Portland" hoodie attempting to buy cigarettes, first with a credit card and then with cash.

Authorities highlighted the suspect's hands, which appear to be tatooed. Anyone with information is asked to contact Robbery Detective Kenneth Reynolds at (503) 823-0407 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
