One wounded in two Friday night shootings
One person was wounded in two seperate Portland shootingds Friday night.
The name and condition of the victim was not immediately released. No suspected were immediately arrested or identified, either.
According to police, at 9:44 p.m. on Nov. 8, North Precinct officers responded to a report of shots heard in the Lloyd District Neighborhood. When the officers arrived, they located evidence of gunfire near Northeast Broadway and Northeast 8th Avenue. They also learned that the suspect or suspects had left.
Police say that a short time later, a person believed to be a victim of the shooting arrived at a local hospital.
The Gun Violence Reduction Team responded to assist in the investigation.

Before that shooting, police say that at 8:16 p.m., East Precinct officers responded to an apartment building in the 12600 block of Southeast Stark Street on reports of gunshots. When officers arrived they located evidence of gunfire, including bullet strikes to a vehicle and apartments.
There are no known victims and the suspect or suspects fled the scene before officers arrived. The Gun Violence Reduction Team responded to assist with the investigation.
