This 188,000 square-foot, 12-story affordable housing project broke ground in 2018. The ground floor offers commercial retail space and on-site property management. Upper floors feature a total of 204 affordable units: 88 studios, 109 one-bedroom units and 43 two-bedroom units. The project also features an interior courtyard with recreational and community garden space for tenants.
