PPB PHOTO - Police say they seized three guns from a home on Southeast 72nd Avenue. Police say a dispute over a parking spot in Portland's Brentwood-Darlington Neighborhood could have turned violent after one man allegedly brought out a shotgun.

Officers with the East Precinct responded to the incident in the area of Southeast 72nd Avenue around 11 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, after receiving reports of the disturbance involving multiple neighbors.

Police say they learned from dispatchers that the man was "thought to have" a 12-gauge before they arrived and made contact with the suspect. Police say they contacted the man and arrested him.
