Downtown streets closed due to potentially explosive device
The 1100 block of Southwest Harvey Milk Street in downtown Portland is closed Monday morning as Portland Police Bureau's Explosive Disposal Unit is responding to a potential explosive device.
The street was closed at 8:37 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28.
Southwest 11th Avenue also is closed between Burnside and Washington Street.
