Police are investigating the shooting of a woman inside her Southeast Portland home early Sunday.
The name and condition of the victim were not immediately released. No suspect information was released, either.
According to police, at 2:53 a.m. Nov. 29, officers responded to a call of a person shot in the 11100 block of Southeast Bush Street. When the officers arrived, they found an adult female victim with gunshot wounds to her legs.
Officers realized the injuries could be life-threatening and immediately applied tourniquets to her legs. The victim was then transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
