No one has been arrested and no suspect information has been released in either of the cases.

According to police, two victims who died at the scene of a mass shooting on Tuesday, Aug. 10, are cousins — David Turner, 45, and Odion Turner, 42.

The Oregon State Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on both men and determined they died from gunshot wounds and ruled both of their deaths homicides.

Four other people were also wounded, including a sixth victim who was transported by a private vehicle to a hospital with life threatening injuries. Police said they were aware of that victim, but it took time to confirm whether the victim had been injured in this incident or some other shooting.

Police said officers responded to reports of the shooting on Northeast Milton Street between Northeast 82nd Avenue and Northeast 84th Avenue at about 5:19 a.m. on Aug. 10. When officers arrived, they found multiple gunshot victims, including two who did not survive. Three victims were transported to the hospital by ambulance.

According to police, at about 4:40 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 7, East Precinct officers responded to a medical call in the 12800 block of Southeast Holgate Boulevard when a security guard found a man down. Medical personnel arrived and determined he was deceased.

When responding officers arrived, they found evidence of a shooting. Homicide detectives responded to investigate. According to detectives, the preliminary investigation indicates the incident was a homicide.
