Felipe Duran was honored by UniFirst Corporation, a uniform rental company, with the Aldo Croatti Award for retaining 100% of his customers for an entire fiscal year. It is the most prestigious award given by the 14,000-employee company, with only 14 route service representatives receiving it this year, including Duran.

"The Aldo Croatti Award and its recipients, of course, have special meaning to me as the award was named for my father," said Cynthia Croatti, UniFirst executive vice president. "(They) are the fabric of UniFirst's incredible team culture and they exemplify our companywide commitment to service excellence and integrity."

Duran has worked at UniFirst in Portland for 10 years, delivering and servicing work uniforms and ancillary facility products to more than 120 local businesses each week. As part of the award, the East Multnomah County resident got a cash bonus and an all-expenses-paid vacation for two to Naples, Florida, where he will be formally recognized alongside the other award recipients.

Duran lives in Gresham with his wife and two kids. In his free time, he loves to play soccer or go to the gym.
