The chair of the Washington County Board of Commissioners will provide remarks at 4 p.m. Dec. 14.

The annual address will take place online at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14.

Harrington will share her perspective on the challenges the past year has presented and provide a hopeful look ahead for the coming year, said a statement from Washington County officials.

"Harrington will reflect on the County's ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, efforts to expand availability to affordable housing and supportive housing services, the county's continuing investments in our transportation system, as well as economic development," officials said.

People can watch her video address on the county's YouTube channel as well as on Tualatin Valley Community Television (Channel 28), which will make Harrington's message available in Spanish.
