Over the last 40 years, as a business we have evolved and changed our product mix to suit our customers.

Way back in the 60s when I was helping Dad, we sold Presto Logs. They're condensed sawdust logs and sold lots of them. During delivery, Dad had a little chute and he'd be shoving them down the chute to me so I could stack them for the customer. Dad would get too excited and start shoving them too fast for me and I'd get a finger or two smashed because shoving them down the chute was a lot easier than picking them up and stacking them; I'd let him know about my smashed finger. During this time, we sold coal, too.

Today, our big item is propane and we sell an unbelievable amount of it. People use it in the summer for their BBQs, but in the winter, they bring in 30 or 50 gallon tanks to heat their home. I'm the lowest price in South County and I daresay in the NW corner of Oregon, too.

In the spring, look for ground cover, mulches, decorative stone and rocks.
