Side effects...not always a negative
We are conditioned to think "side effects" are always bad but this isn't necessarily true. A "side effect" of spending time with my children on the weekend is a more relaxed mind and happier soul. A "side effect" of working out and being sore is a stronger body. A "side effect" of loving my wife is a happier marriage. Acupuncture is no different. While many people seek acupuncture for pain there are "side effects". These side effects are most always
positive.
What are the positive side effects of acupuncture?
Positive Side Effects of Acupuncture
A reduction in stress or anxiety. ...
You don't get sick as often. ...
Better sleep. ...
Less painful periods. ...
Happier digestion. ...
More energy. ...
Increased fertility. ...
Better relationships.
These are just some of the positive side effects that my patients report back to
me even though we never "specifically" treated those conditions in the patients. Of course, some of my patients experience bruising at the needle site or some discomfort with needling but the majority always report seeing benefits in other medical conditions that they didn't think or didn't know they had. Acupuncture does more than just back and neck pain and it even fixes things we didn't know that needed fixin'.
Come experience some positive side effects and see just how much difference acupuncture can make in your life.
