Students from Sauvie Island School make Valentine's Day cards with residents at Brookdale Rose Valley Scappoose

Many of the students and seniors made cards for one another, while some crafted generic cards that could be distributed to anyone in need of some love at the senior center. The sixth- and seventh-grade students are taking part in an elective class focused on community service.
