Students demonstrate their competition robot designed to toss objects to complete challenges

The students had just six weeks to design, build and program the robot which must complete a series of tasks like picking up items, tossing them, steering through obstacles and other challenges during head-to-head competitions. The team will take part in its first competition of the season later this month. Team members also held a promotional night at the high school last week, including showcasing their robot.
