New Columbia City mayor Casey Wheeler sworn in during first council meeting of 2019

During the Jan. 3 Columbia City City Council meeting, two other councilors were also sworn in — Susan Ziglinski, who was elected to serve her first term, and Gordon Thistle, who was recently re-elected to his role as a councilor.
