Joe Hogue.annual Cocoa with a Cop event on Monday, Feb. 11 in conjunction with a Valentine's Day cookie decorating event hosted by Burgerville.

The event serves as a way for children and community members to interact with law enforcement officers in a casual setting. During the event, visitors were able to decorate sugar cookies with frosting and sprinkles and were treated to free hot cocoa. SHPD officers also handed out police badge stickers to children and posed for photos.
