Suspect arrested in murder case of St. Helens teen
A 15-year-old boy is accused of robbing and killing a St. Helens teen whose body was found in a motel room in Portland in December.
Media reports from from KOIN 6, Pamplin Media Group's news partner, indicate that that Jeremiah Terrel Hannon was indicted by a Multnomah County grand jury on Monday, Feb 25, on two counts of murder with a firearm, one count of first-degree robbery with a firearm and one count of second-degree murder with a firearm, in connection with Ian Olson, 18, of St. Helens. Olson was found dead from a gunshot wound in a Northeast Portland motel on Dec. 21. Olson last attended St. Helens High School in 2016.
the death ofHannon is also accused of beating a man in front of his wife and daughter on a MAX train on Dec. 27, KOIN also reports. Hannon was one of two teens accused of beating the man, knocking out several teeth and breaking his jaw.
