Law enforcement responded to a report of a bank robbery at the St. Helens Bank of the West on Highway 30, at 4:47 p.m., on Tuesday, July 30.

St. Helens Police Department is asking for help identifying this man, who is suspected of robbing a bank in St. Helens on Tuesday, July 30. An unidentified male approached a teller and gave the employee a note demanding money, according to a press release from SHPD. No weapon was reported.

The suspect fled the scene before police arrived, and was last seen on foot traveling southwest towards the Legacy Health Clinic.

The suspect is described as a male in his mid-30, with light-skin, approximately 6-feet-tall, with black hair and light facial hair. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved black shirt, black pants, sunglasses and a camouflage baseball hat.

St. Helens Police Department is asking for help identifying this man, who is suspected of robbing a bank in St. Helens on Tuesday, July 30. Anyone with information as to the identity of the suspect should contact the St. Helens police at 503-397-1521.

Law enforcement advise members of the public not to approach the suspect. Although no weapon was used during the robbery, the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
