CRFR crews successfuly extricate a worker who had a tree limb pin him in a lift basket during gusty conditions

COURTESY COLUMBIA RIVER FIRE AND RESCUE - Columbia River Fire and Rescue crews responded to a rescue call Sunday, Feb. 23, when a man was pinned inside a basket lift after cutting a portion of a tree that fell into the lift due to gusty conditions. The worker was not injured and fire crews were able to successfully extricate the worker, according to information posted on the CRFR Facebook page. CRFR reminds people to use caution when cutting trees during windy conditions, the post notes.
