Hendrickson is on probation for burglary, theft and two counts possession of methamphetamine.

Richard Warren Brooks
Richard Warren Brooks, 45, is a male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds.
Brooks is on probation for possession of heroin, felon in possession of a weapon and driving while under the influence of intoxicants.

Officers responded to a behavioral health call in the 58000 block of Parkwood Drive.
A 39-year-old man was cited for theft at Walmart.
Monday, July 6
Officers transported a man on Highway 30 near Columbia Boulevard to a hospital in Portland on a police officer's hold.
Tuesday, July 7
A woman was taken into protective custody in the 200 block of Columbia Boulevard.
Officers responded to the report of a theft at Walmart.
Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation in the 200 block of Strand Street.

Officers responded to a report of a runaway juvenile in the 400 block of N. 12th Street.
Saturday, July 11
A 39-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant in the 100 block of Columbia River Highway.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant in the 1600 block of Old Portland Road.
A 40-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant on Gable Road near Columbia River Highway.
A 21-year-old woman was cited for driving while revoked on Columbia Boulevard near South 9th Street.
Scappoose Police Department
Friday, July 10
Officers responded to a report of a gun that was found on the street in the 33000 block of East Columbia Avenue. Officers took possession of the gun and placed it into safekeeping until the owner could be located.
Saturday, July 11
Officers were dispatched to a welfare check of a man sleeping in the 52000 block of Columbia River Highway. Following an investigation, a 27-year-old Vancouver, Wash., man was arrested for theft and disorderly conduct.
Officers responded to a disturbance at Roadrunner Gas & Grocery. It was reported a woman locked herself in the bathroom. Following an investigation, the woman was transported to a hospital in Portland for a mental health evaluation.
Officers responded to a theft at Ace Hardware. It was reported a man was trying to take two sets of tools but was stopped by employees. Following an investigation, a 32-year-old Portland man was arrested for theft.
Sunday, July 12
Officers assisted the Department of Human Services with a report of child abuse in the 33000 block of Southeast Elm Street. The case in under investigation.
Monday, July 13
Officers responded to a disturbance in the 52000 block of Northwest 1st Street. It was reported a female juvenile was being combative, punching holes in a wall and throwing objects at her parent.
Wednesday, July 15
Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated man riding a motorcycle on West Lane Road. Following an investigation, a 54-year-old Scappoose man was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and probation violation.
Friday, July 17
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Columbia River Highway near Scappoose-Vernonia Highway. Following an investigation, a 27-year-old St. Helens man was arrested for violation of restraining order.

Wednesday, July 15
Troopers contacted a male subject with an active warrant on Highway 30 near milepost 16 in Scappoose. A 27-year-old St. Helens man was arrested on an outstanding St. Helens Municipal Court misdemeanor warrant and transported to the Columbia County Jail.
Thursday, July 16
Troopers responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 30 near milepost 52 in Rainier involving multiple vehicles chasing each other at high rates of speed and were passed by two vehicles traveling in excess of 100mph. They were able to stop and conduct a high-risk traffic stop on the rear vehicle. The driver showed signs of impairment and consented to voluntary field sobriety tests after admitting to drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana four hours prior. A 20-year-old Clatskanie man was arrested for driving under the influence of controlled substances, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.
