Scappoose swears in city council members
Tyler Miller is sole new member of council; Mayor Burge, Councilors McHugh and Greisen return
The winners of the November 2020 Scappoose city council races were took the oath of office earlier this week.
Tyler Miller is the only new member of the council. Councilors Megan Greisen and Pete McHugh were re-elected.
Mayor Scott Burge was also re-elected.
Greisen was elected council president by her fellow city councilors at the Jan. 4 meeting.
Greisen had been appointed to the position last year after former council president Patrick Kessi resigned from city council.
The council members were sworn into office by Judge Steven Todd.
