The State of the City meeting, open to the public, will be held Wednesday, Jan. 19, at City Hall.

PMG PHOTO: SCOTT KEITH - St. Helens City Hall will be the location for a State of the City meeting, to be held Jan. 19.Residents of St. Helens are invited to a State of the City community meeting, to be held Wednesday, Jan. 19, in the St. Helens City Hall council chambers, located at 265 Strand St. plaza entrance.

According to Crystal King, communications officer for the city, the last State of the City meeting was held in January 2020. A meeting was not held in 2021 due to COVID.

The 5:30 p.m. meeting will highlight city accomplishments in 2021 and look ahead to ongoing and upcoming projects in the new year.

The meeting will offer a question-and-answer period with St. Helens city councilors and city staff.

The City Hall location is handicap-accessible. If you need special accommodations, you're asked to contact City Hall at 503-397-6272 at least 48 hours before the meeting.

Online attendance will be available through Zoom.
