Letter: More reasons to WalkAway
You'd think they'd get it by now. You'd think they'd say, "Perhaps labeling Trump supporters as angry white racists hasn't been the best strategy for us. Maybe even lost
us the election so we ought not try it anymore."
Yet, here we've got sneering arrogant Leftists trashing the American people as racists. Well, it didn't work for Hillary, but hey, if they want to lose again, who are we to stand in their way?
It's not a winning strategy to alienate so many people, so it's clear Hal Ritz's description of Republicans, "see July 27 Letters, "Our weapon against tyranny? Our vote"), is actually how they view you. If you were a Trump supporter in 2016 or have become one since the explosive economic boom and regained political stature and leadership America enjoys in the world today, just 20 short months since his election, Ritz's labels are meant for you.
If you look at Trump supporters, you'll see people of all colors, religions and both genders. And that number is growing. Because as President Donald Trump's policies are helping people find jobs and make better lives for themselves, more people will come to his side. Trump supporters are animated by ideas. They are animated by policies they think will help make America a better, safer, more prosperous place. They are animated by a desire to end the kind of havoc Obama and Leftists wrought on this nation. They are animated by a rejection of the racial division that Obama and the Democrats still go out and peddle to this day.
Conservatives do not care about race, except in having to respond to the ridiculous and destructive identity politics the Left is obsessed with. It is Democrats who are always bringing up race, gender, income and religion. Conservatives don't think that way. Conservatives don't see groups. Conservatives see individuals.
But let us be clear — Ritz is right about one thing, and one thing only: Your vote this November is the only thing standing between you and tyranny. Leftist, Democrat tyranny.
Last week, here in Oregon, U.S. District Court Judge Marco Hernandez, an Obama appointee, ordered that biologically opposite sex public school children be allowed to use the bathrooms and showers of the sex they "identify" with, not the one their physical sex should dictate.
Had enough yet? Solution: #WalkAway from the Democrat Party and elect Republicans.
