How long do you want to drive the vehicle? Have an idea what you are looking to get out of your car whether in time or miles. Share this information as well as how long you've owned it.
2- Maintenance history?
Who has serviced the vehicle and why aren't they taking care of it now? This information helps us to tailor our service to your needs. It's like going to Nordstrom's shoe department and they bring your size to try on without asking-we strive to provide that level of detail to you.
3- Funny noise?
Be specific! If your car has a particular behavior or noise, pay close attention to the conditions. Document the details including how long you've noticed it and if you've tried to fix it before then share that with us. Knowing the specifics makes our job easier and ultimately less expensive for you.
4 - Make note of idiosyncrasies
Often the smallest things are the biggest deal-like the streaking wiper blades and the fact that your power outlet no longer charges your phone. We try to notice the little things and take care of them but no one spends more time driving your car than you do.
