Yep! Now more than ever, people are taking to their cars. Let's be honest, there is only so much Netflix, bread baking and working from home that we can take.

From drive-thru graduations and celebrations to birthday parties and simple coffee dates sitting car-to-car, our friends, neighbors and fellow quarantines have become quite creative with how to come together and still enjoy some of the hallmarks of daily life. Here are some of our favorites.

Party Parades! These car parties are fun and there are no stragglers or clean up. Simply give a designated time to drive by and voila! Party central. Make it more fun by asking your "guests" to dress up their cars with a theme and vote on your favorite one.

COVID Tailgater- We don't need a game to have a tailgate party and you can choose a fun setting like a park or sandy river shore. Bring chairs, drinks, food and a portable campfire or grill and make the most of your time social distancing together with friends. Remember, he who gets there first gets to choose the car tunes.

Covid Coffee Date- Sipping a latte with your friend just got easier. Bed head hair or pajama bottoms? No worries! Just park your car, open your doors and let the gab session commence.

Drive-in Movie- Indoor theaters are nowhere near opening, so revisit some of your favorite childhood memories of going to the drive-in like the one Newberg is open.

Fill your tank and have some car fun. At Sherwood Auto Repair, we look forward to seeing you and hearing about your car adventures.
