Eleven others to open from now through November

Photo Credit: GAZETTE PHOTO: RAY PITZ - Starbucks officially became the first retailer to open in the new Parkway Village at Sherwood on Aug. 5 and it didn't take long before residents found out.Along with the opening of Starbucks in Sherwood last week, 11 new tenants will soon follow suit in the first phase of Gramor Development’s Parkway Village in Sherwood.

The tenants, which will occupy more than 20,000 square feet, will include restaurants, medical and other services.

The tenants and their expected opening dates include:

•       Starbucks drive-through cafe at 1,750 square feet (open now);

•        Vivid Nails at 1,219 square feet (opening mid-August). 

•        Elements Massage at 1,700 square feet (opening mid-August);

•       Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches at 1,380 square feet (opening end of August);

•       The UPS Store at 1,380 square feet (opening end of August);

•      Sprint at 1,500 square feet (opening beginning of September);

•       Chipotle Mexican Grill at 2,000 square feet (opening end of September);

•       Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt at 1,225 square feet (opening end of September);

•       MOD Super Fast Pizza at 2,400 square feet (opening end of October); and

•      My Kids’ Dentist/Sherwood Modern Dentistry at 4,100 square feet (opening in November).

Meanwhile, the 150,000-square-foot Walmart store will open Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m.
