A client of Massage Envy said Gregory Rice touched her unlawfully, police say.

A former masseuse at a Sherwood massage parlor is facing sexual abuse charges, the Sherwood Police Department said Thursday, Dec. 19.

Gregory Rice, 49, was accused by a female client of unwanted sexual contact during a massage, police said. Investigators concluded he had touched her "unlawfully."

Rice worked at Massage Envy in Sherwood from March 2017 until late November 2019, according to police.

The Sherwood Gazette has reached out to Massage Envy for comment.

Sherwood police are searching for more potential victims. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Kelley Bertrand at 503-925-7136 or call the police non-emergency line at 503-629-0111.
