After missing last Spring due to coronavirus restrictions, the Sherwood Rotary Club's Annual Tree Sale is returning and will move to the Sherwood Target's parking lot at 21365 SW Bales Way, just off Tualatin-Sherwood Road.

From April 18 to May 8, a wide selection of bare root trees and shrubs will be available including several varieties of dwarf fruit trees, flowering ornamentals and shade trees. The trees are the highest quality stock donated by local tree nurseries and priced $13 per tree or $10 each when purchasing three or more.

As the only annual fundraiser for Sherwood Rotary, proceeds directly benefit high school scholarships, Rotary's youth leadership programs, peace initiatives, international outreach, community improvement projects and contributions to local non-profit organizations.

Sherwood Rotarians will be out in force at the sale every afternoon and all day on weekends to greet customers and help with tree purchases.

Visit the Sherwood Rotary Club website at for more detailed information including links to local tree ordinances as well inventory. This year's inventory will be posted shortly before the sale opens on April 18.

Sherwood Rotary Club encourages shoppers to stop over in person to browse and pick out the trees that best suit your property. Don't forget your masks; Rotarians will have theirs on.
