Sandyites bemoan temporary closure of Dairy Queen
As we at The Post sit here enjoying the spring sunshine outside the window, Sandyites on Facebook are increasingly concerned about a blizzard.
A Dairy Queen Blizzard, that is.
Last night, Monday, March 5, as folks made their dinner dash for the 17400 Beers Ave. Brazier, many began lamenting on social media, concerned the burger joint was closed for good.
But, one need not fret. According to a sign posted on the Sandy location's door, the burgers will be frying and soft drinks will be flowing again by Wednesday, March 7, during their normal hours. The restaurant is only temporarily closed for a kitchen remodel.
So keep calm and french fry on, from us here at The Post.
