Wind gusts of up to 60 miles per hour are expected, along with quarter-size hail.

A severe thunderstorm was located near Zigzag, seven miles west of Government Camp, at 3:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26. The storm is moving north/northwest at 15 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.

Wind gusts from the storm could reach 60 mph. Quarter-size hail may damage vehicles in area. The heavy winds may cause damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

The locations possibly affected by the storm include Mount Hood Village, Zigzag, Lolo Pass, Welches, Rhododendron and Brightwood.
