Long-time Christmas Baskets Program to benefit 300 families in Sandy community

The Sandy Kiwanis Club is looking for folks interested in playing one of Santa's elves for a morning, to assemble 300 Christmas baskets for local families in need at 8 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20, at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 18090 S.E. Langensand Road.

Refreshments will be offered. Volunteers will deliver the food baskets beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21. Those who wish to help deliver are welcome to come to the church on Saturday as well.
