The city of Gresham's latest art exhibition conjures the artistic spirit of the legendary and unknown with artists exploring mystical worlds and creatures in fairy tales, folklore and stories shared through the millennia, including works from a wide range of media: painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, digital art, sculpture, jewelry, pottery, glass and other 3-D works. Harlow House Museum — 1-3 p.m. Sundays, 726 E. Historic Columbia River Highway, Troutdale. The home was built in 1900 on what was known as the Harlow Farm by Fred Harlow, son of Troutdale founder Capt. John Harlow. The house is relatively unchanged from the day it was built. Zimmerman Heritage Farm — noon to 4 p.m. every third Saturday, 17111 N.E. Sandy Blvd., Gresham. "Vases and Valentines" exhibit features designs in Depression Glass, Carnivale Glass, and pottery from Roseville, Hull and van Briggle on vases pulled from the house's collection for the first time. Also featured is the contents of a traveling trunk found in the house, which belonged to Isobel Zimmerman's uncle, Andrew McCall, on exhibit for just a few more months.
