SCREENSHOTS - Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a bearded man who robbed Bank of the West in Tigard. Do you recognize this man?

Authorities in Tigard need the public's help identifying a man who was caught on surveillance footage robbing Bank of the West, 16200 S.W. Pacific Highway, around 4:35 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27.

Police say the man gave the bank teller a note demanding cash and was last seen running across the parking lot after receiving the money.

Local officers and a K9 unit searched the area, but the trail went cold. Now the Tigard Police Department has released a video of the suspect on their Facebook page.

The suspect is described as a white man in his mid to late 30s, possibly in his 40s, who stands approximately five feet, eight inches tall with a slim body and "strawberry blonde" hair and beard, with patches of gray hair also possible.

The man in the video is wearing a Nike hooded sweatshirt, dark beanie with white logo, black rimmed glasses and dark colored shoes with black soles.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Tigard Police at 503-639-6168.
