Tualatin chamber hires new business developer
Caitlyn Quwenikov, who has 15 years of professional sales and customer service experience, has been selected as the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce's new business developer. She replaces Tracy Evans.
Quwenikov formerly worked as a store manager at the Tualatin Road Runner Sports where she was employed for almost a decade. In addition, she has 12 years of management experience that includes performance development, operations management and grassroots marketing coordination.
Linda Moholt, executive director of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce, said the chamber spent several months looking for just the right person and organization is happy to have found her.
"She has a wonderful understanding of our residents and the overall business community," said Moholt. "She brings professional sales, customer service and management experience to our organization."
An Oregon City resident, Quwenikov said she has been involved with the chamber for a number of years through Road Runner Sports and jumped at the opportunity to apply for the business developer position.
"I'm excited to be a part of the Tualatin Chamber and look forward to working with area businesses in support of their growth and success," she said.
Quwenikov called Moholt both a "wonderful" person who is fun to work with.
In her spare time, Quwenikov spends time exercising and is an avid member of Crossfit.
"I have to run off all the calories from all the crazy food I cook," she said, noting that one of her favorite things to do is go to a restaurant, order a delicious meal and then try to replicate it at home.
