Tigard Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man at Washington Square Mall in August.

VIA TIGARD PD - This man is suspected of groping a young girl at the Washington Square Mall in August. The Tigard Police Department is turning to the public for help identifying a man who allegedly groped a 14-year-old girl at Washington Square Mall.

Police say the girl was waiting at the counter of a coffee kiosk around 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10, when the man approached from behind and inappropriately touched the girl.

Police say no other incidents of unwanted touching were reported that day. There were no witnesses to the encounter, but it was caught on a surveillance camera.
