Pamplin Media Group offers help to local businesses
In a show of support, Pamplin Media Group has established a $1 million marketing matching grant fund to assist local businesses as they start to prepare to reopen in the coming months.
"We pride our business on the great relationships we have established with each of the communities we serve," said J. Brian Monihan, vice president with the Pamplin Media Group. "We are doing this to not only help our local business survive the current economic challenges, but to help them thrive afterwards. Finding a way that we can both work together to support each other has never been more important."
These matching fund grants are open to local businesses, non-profits and business associations and range in value from $250 to $10,000 per month.
These funds can be used on any digital and print products owned and operated by the Pamplin Media Group during the months of May or June.
Go to the paper's website to apply. Pamplin Media will contact all applicants within one to two business days with a response.
