The 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. event, open to those ages 12 and older, is being held in partnership with Washington County and the Tigard-Tualatin School District.

It will be held in the school's parking lot at 22300 S.W. Boones Ferry Road.

Those interested in getting a vaccine are encouraged to call 503-848-5847 to register, but walk-ins are welcome. A follow-up event for second doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be offered on June 26.

"The recent authorization of Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccine for ages 12 to 15 has brought a collective sigh of relief to so many families," Alexis Vannerson, a registered nurse and director of primary care operations at NHC, wrote in a press release. "We want every family to experience that peace of mind so we're offering these clinics to make it as easy as possible for our neighbors to protect themselves and their loved ones by getting vaccinated."
