The Tualatin Police Department shares a sample of calls for service from April 5-11, 2022.

Tuesday, April 5

Officers responded to a physical and verbal altercation between a mother and son in the 8900 block of Southwest Sweek Drive.

A vehicle's window was broken and items stolen in the 7400 block of Southwest Nyberg Street.

Wednesday, April 6

Officers arrested a man near Interstate 5 and Southwest Lower Boones Ferry Road for DUII (alcohol).

A suspect attempted to steal a 70-inch television from a store in the 7000 block of Southwest Nyberg Street.

Friday, April 8

A woman drove her car the wrong way on Southwest Tualatin-Sherwood Road in order to avoid an active traffic crash investigation where the lanes were blocked. Officers caught up her and she was arrested for DUII (alcohol).

Officers arrested a man in the 17900 block of Southwest McEwan Road for misuse of 9-1-1, despite many warnings not to call for anything but an emergency situation.

A woman was arrested for DUII (alcohol) after crashing into a parked car near Southwest 90th Avenue and Umatilla Street.

Saturday, April 9

Two men stole a shopping cart full of merchandise from the 19200 block of Southwest Martinazzi Avenue.

A van was stolen in the 9700 block of Southwest Siletz Drive. The victim's car was also broken into.

Officers arrested a woman for DUII (alcohol) in the 18300 block of Southwest Boones Ferry Road.

Sunday, April 10

A woman reported her vehicle was struck from behind while stopped at a light near Southwest Upper Boones Ferry Road and Bridgeport Road. She reported that she had back and neck pain due to the crash.

A man's wallet was stolen from the 17900 block of Southwest McEwan Road and one of his credit cards was used at Fred Meyer.

Monday, April 11

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance near Southwest Pacific Highway and Cipole Road. A man was left on the side of the road and contacted police, but the woman drove home before officers arrived.

Officers arrested and lodged a man armed with a knife after he threatened another person in the 19200 block of Southwest Martinazzi Avenue.
