The Tigard Police Department said it has interviewed a person of interest in the case.

The Tigard Police Department is investigating a death it has deemed "suspicious."

The manner and cause of death haven't been made public, but when a death is considered suspicious, that means investigators believe it may have been a homicide.

The announcement was made Sunday afternoon, June 26, after police reportedly discovered a man's body while responding to a call for service in the 12200 block of Southwest Hall Boulevard.

A person of interest was interviewed by police Sunday, the agency said. Multiple witnesses were reportedly interviewed as well.

There is not believed to be any ongoing danger to the public in connection with the case, according to police.

No further information has been released as of early Monday afternoon, June 27.
