The Tualatin Police Department summarizes calls for service from June 21-26, 2022.

Tuesday, June 21

An employee at Safeway, 17779 S.W. Lower Boones Ferry Road, reported a customer used $350 in counterfeit bills.

Officers arrested a man in the 17700 block of Southwest Lower Boones Ferry Road for shoplifting.

Wednesday, June 22

Two women were cited for criminal mischief and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle near Southwest 100th Court and Tualatin Road.

A victim reported that her wallet was stolen from her car while it was parked inside her attached garage in the 20800 block of Southwest Winema Drive.

Thursday, June 23

A man collided his vehicle into a natural gas line and the gas meters (property of NW Natural) in the 7900 block of Southwest Mohawk Street, causing approximately $3,000 to $5,000 worth of damage, and left the scene without performing the duties of a driver.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between a boyfriend and girlfriend in the 8300 block of Southwest Mohawk Street.

Friday, June 24

A man ran out of a business in the 17700 block of Southwest Lower Boones Ferry Road with unpaid items. Officers contacted the man near Southwest Lower Boones Ferry Road and Interstate 5. All stolen items were recovered and returned to the store.

The gas was stolen from a van at Horizon Community Church, 23370 S.W. Boones Ferry Road.

Saturday, June 25

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in a car in the 17900 block of Southwest McEwan Road. No crime.

The owner of a veterinary clinic in the 8200 block of Southwest Tonka Street reported that a former employee had likely been stealing prescription drugs.

Sunday, June 26

A woman was arrested in the 8900 block of Southwest Southwest Sweek Drive for submerging a 10-year-old boy's head underwater in a pool in response to him repeatedly spraying her in the face with a squirt gun.

Officers responded to a domestic altercation between significant others in the 9300 block of Southwest Sagert Street.
