In partnership with The Round's 24-Hour Fitness facility that is currently closed to the public, THills Water Polo is offering personal training opportunities for 14u through college- age water polo athletes. The two-person workout sessions will pair together two people with congruent fitness goals and focus on strength training, nutritional plan guidance, BMI improvement and tailor athletic goals to what you need. In addition, there is now access to the facility's pool for conditioning. It is an opportunity for personal growth while growing team goals outside of state guidelines

The personalized training sessions maximizing fitness will run Monday through Friday and followed by game film reviews on Tuesdays and Thursdays. One week prior to the start of sessions, participants will receive a phone call from the coach to help build the personalized fitness plan and tailor the nutritional program to fuel their goals. Cost is $169/month.

The Tualatin Hills Water Polo Club is a non-profit athletic club operating in the facilities operated by Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District in Beaverton, Oregon. The club mission is to serve all members of our community who have a desire to participate in the sport of water polo as a recreational activity, and to provide dedicated athletes with the opportunity to practice and compete at the highest possible level.
