The Timberwolves, after going 5-9 in Three Rivers League play the year before, reversed that this past season, placing third in the final league standings a 9-5, while going 19-7 on the season and reaching the second round of the Class 6A state playoffs.

Now, a trio of those Tualatin players have been honored on the Three Rivers League all-league teams for the 2019-20 season. Leading the way for the Wolves is junior post Natalie Lathrop.

While playing strong all season, the 6-foot-3 Lathrop had a huge game for Tualatin in a 66-40 win over St. Mary's Academy in a game played Feb. 11 at Tualatin High School. In that contest, Lathrop scored 35 points on a 14-for-14 shooting night from the field. She also had 17 rebounds and 10 blocked shots to complete a triple-double.

Also for Tualatin, junior guard Sidney Dering was a second-team All-Three Rivers League selection, and junior guard Kasidy Javernick was an honorable-mention pick.

Tigard senior guard Kennedy Brown joined Lathrop as a first-team All-Three Rivers League selection. Brown, a three-year starter for the Tigers, came back strong from a knee injury that ended her junior year at the Class 6A state tournament, to have a solid senior season for Tigard, which went 4-10 in Three Rivers League play.
