We talk a lot about how great it is to work and live at Country Meadows Village, but we realize we may have a biased view. So, we decided to let a few of our residents speak for themselves.
Glenn and Luzerne Trussell have lived at CMV for almost five years. Glenn, a former model maker, welcomes the help from staff. As his wife's caregiver, he appreciates the benefits of having staff on hand, dining options and the team's ability to accommodate their changing needs.
Marlin and Arlene, both 97 years old, have lived in both Country Meadows Village's Independent Living community and now Assisted Living. Daughters Karen and Joanne say "Mar and Ar" have been married 77 years and have enjoyed Country Meadows Village and the ability to stay in the residence even as their needs change as they age. Arlene loves the activities calendar, especially all music events, and together, Mar and Ar have never missed a Thursday Afternoon drive in the country. Daughter Joanne is comforted with the friendships her parents have made, the ability for her parents to choose their meals, and the kindness and patience of her parents' caregivers.
When we welcome new residents, many are surprised at how much they enjoy their new lives here. They aren't burdened with meal planning, cooking, gardening, cleaning or even driving, if they choose. Our residents can spend time on the activities they love, like Arlene and her music events. Call today to schedule a tour of Country Meadows Village and let us show you the community we love.
