Friday, March 17

• 1:59 a.m.: Police arrested Elizabeth Anne Krupp, 35, of Milwaukie, at Wal-Mart, and she was charged with possession of methamphetamine and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Also arrested was Michael Daniel Gillooly, 31, of Portland on charges of probation violation and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• 4:17 a.m.: Police arrested Adriana Mora, 27, on I-5 southbound at milepost 271, and she was charged with DUII.

Saturday, March 18

• 11:26 a.m.: Police arrested Elias Lopez-Mendoza, 25, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Grant and First streets, and he was charged with DUII and hit-and-run.

Sunday, March 19

• 12:27 a.m.: Police arrested Constantino Benitez Mendoza, 42, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with arrest on warrant and possession of methamphetamine.

• 12:45 a.m.: Police arrested Yuliana Diaz-Diaz, 26, of Salem, in the 900 block of North Pacific Highway, and she was charged with shoplifting.

Monday, March 20

• 8:09 a.m.: Police arrested Eufemio Maranchel Perez, 53, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Country Club and Boones Ferry roads, and he was charged with contempt of court.

3:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a robbery in the 1100 block of North Evergreen Road.

3:19 p.m.: Police arrested Ronald Jeffrey Bell, 57, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of North Evergreen Road, and he was charged with improper use of 911 and initiating a false police report.

• 4:06 p.m.: Police arrested Yakov Bogatko, 52, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of Park Circle, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

Wednesday, March 22

• 3:56 a.m.: Police arrested Kimberly Marie Dawson, 48, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of Garfield Street, and she was charged with failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine.

• 4:32 a.m.: Police arrested Anthony Gene Fleming, 45, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Newberg Highway, and he was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree trespassing, possession of methamphetamine, possession of burglary tools, third-degree theft from a motor vehicle and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle.

• 11:23 a.m.: Police arrested Vincent A. Cavertino, 30, at Wal-Mart, and he was charged with shoplifting.

• 4:03 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a robbery in the 1100 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 7:38 p.m.: Police arrested Dennis Morales, 26, of Woodburn, in the 2300 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with attempting to elude police, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Thursday, March 23

• 12:50 a.m.: Police arrested Waldemar Garcia-Reyes, in the 1100 block of North Boones Ferry Road and he was charged with DUII.

• 3:09 p.m.: Police arrested Martin Abel Gonzalez, 30, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of Wheat Street, and he was charged with violation of a restraining order.

• 4:45 p.m.: Police arrested Martin Garcia-Flores, 50, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Harrison Street and North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

• 10:13 p.m.: Police arrested Rufino Cano-Moreno, 41, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Young and Front streets, and he was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and hit-and-run.

• 10:26 p.m.: Police arrested Benjamin Shane Adams, 40, of Hillsboro, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear and violation of parole.

• 10:55 p.m.: Police responded to a report of fraud in the 2900 block of Tom Tennant Drive.

• 11:23 a.m.: Police arrested Anthony Gene Fleming, 45, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Newberg Highway, and he was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree trespassing and theft from a motor vehicle.

Saturday, March 25

• 10:24 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Wal-Mart.

• 10:58 p.m.: Police arrested Naomi Ruth Beeks, 38, of Woodburn, in the 1700 block of Park Avenue, and she was charged with fourth-degree assault.

Sunday, March 26

• 2:34 a.m.: Police arrested Ashley N. Reis, 29, of Woodburn, in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway, and she was charged with DUII.

• 4:03 a.m.: Police arrested Rodrigo Morales Camilo, 26, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of Parr Road, and he was charged with DUII and reckless driving.

• 8:28 a.m.: Police arrested Jose Manuel Maldonado, 30, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North Sixth and High streets, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Monday, March 27

8:22 p.m.: Police arrested Miguel Cortez-Enriquez, 27, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of Kotka Street, and he was charged with DUII and reckless driving.

Tuesday, March 28

• 6:43 p.m.: Police arrested Ascension Antonio Guzman, 31, of Woodburn, at Wal-Mart, and he was charged with second-degree burglary and shoplifting.

• 6:39 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an unarmed robbery in the 1000 block of North Front Street.

• 8 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on Eighth Street that was later recovered outside of Woodburn.

• 4:33 p.m.: Police responded to a report that a UPS package was stolen from a resident's porch on East Grove Street.

• 9:55 p.m.: Police arrested Armando Lopez, 29, of Gervais, who was charged with parole violation and attempting to elude a police officer.

• 2:37 p.m.: Police arrested Andrea Diana Valdez, 34, of Hubbard, in the 3300 block of North Pacific Highway, and she was charged with second-degree vandalism, second-degree trespassing and two counts of failure to appear.

• 9:40 p.m.: Police arrested Victor Camacho, Jr., 26, of Hubbard, at the intersection of D and Fourth streets, and he was charged with distribution of marijuana and failure to appear.

Thursday, March 16

• 3:58 p.m.: Police arrested Jazmin A. Orozco, 27, of Marion County, on D Street, and she was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• 8:49 p.m.: Police arrested Joey Allen Sprague, 30, of Marion County, in the 2900 block of J Street, and he was charged with DUII.

• 8:25 p.m.: Police arrested Hermenegildo Cruz Martinez, 37, of Marion County, in the 2400 block of Industrial Avenue, and he was charged with driving while suspended and failure to carry a license.

• 12:51 p.m.: Police arrested Joseph Albert Ortega, 28, of Woodburn, at the intersection of J and Seventh streets, and he was charged with offensive littering.

• 4:30 p.m.: Police arrested Johnny Mendoza Mendoza, 21, of Marion County at the intersection of North Pacific Highway and A Street, and he was charged with driving while suspended.

Wednesday, March 22

• 6:28 p.m.: Police arrested Randy Jay Thomas Jr., 36, of Hubbard, in the 2600 block of D Street, and he was charged with third-degree vandalism, second-degree disorderly conduct, three counts of menacing and unlawful use of a weapon possessed illegally.

Thursday, March 23

• 6:06 p.m. Police arrested Charlie Augustine, 35, of Woodburn in the 3600 block of Fifth Street, and he was charged with harassment.
