Saturday, Jan. 27

• 5:40 a.m.: Police arrested Christian Orobio, 23, of Gervais, in the 300 block of Acacia Avenue, and he was charged with DUII.

Sunday, Jan. 28

• 7:47 p.m.: Police arrested Ricardo Cruz-Rangel, 38, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of East Lincoln Street, and he was charged with DUII.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

• 8:47 a.m.: Police arrested Abraham Flores-Estrada, 26, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Garfield Street and North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with hit and run.

• 12:54 p.m.: Police arrested Kayla Nicole Perry, 29, of Woodburn, in the 700 block of Young Street, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 7:19 p.m.: Police arrested Tiffanie Lynne Cline, 32, of Molalla, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and she was charged with failure to appear, and second- and third-degree shoplifting.

Friday, Feb. 2

• 11:51 p.m.: Police arrested Liver Bill Guzman, 18, of Marion County, and Nathan John Clifton, 18, of Salem, in the 2700 block of Tukwila Drive, and they were both charged with third-degree vandalism.

Saturday, Feb. 3

• 7:59 a.m.: Police arrested David Ivan Kuznetsov, 44, in the 2900 block of Newberg Highway, and he was charged with second-degree trespassing, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

• 6:16 p.m.: Police arrested Michelle Marie Byers, 49, of Hubbard, in the 2600 block of North Pacific Highway, and she was charged with DUII.

• 9:12 p.m.: Police arrested Guillermo A Ortiz-Jarquin, 47, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with second-degree trespass.

• 9:43 p.m.: Police arrested Felix Castulo Ramon-Lopez, 46, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with DUII, failure to appear and giving false information to a police officer.

Sunday, Feb. 4

• 2:44 a.m.: Police arrested Diego Perez-Morales, 43, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Young and D streets, and he was charged with DUII.

• 9:30 a.m.: Police arrested the following in the 1200 block of Young Street: Hector Manuel Lopez-Bautista, 28, of Woodburn, on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree vandalism and possession of methamphetamine; Iris Xitlaly Acuna-Uriarte, 28, of McMinnville, on charges of second-degree trespassing, possession of methamphetamine and theft by receiving; Teodoro Cortez-Enriquez, 32, of Woodburn, and on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree vandalism, failure to appear, giving false information to a police officer, possession of methamphetamine and tampering with physical evidence; and Tito Isidro Lopez-Lopez, 40, of Woodburn, on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree vandalism and failure to appear.

Monday, Feb. 5

• 8:08 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Hall Street.

• 2:01 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 6:04 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 500 block of Front Street.

• 6:43 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 7:11 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 10:36 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of Evergreen Road.

Tuesday, Feb. 6

• 12:16 a.m.: Police arrested James Ernest Donat Jr., 40, at the intersection of Pacific Highway and Lincoln Street, and he was charged with second-degree robbery and probation violation.

• 7:06 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of North Second Street.

• 1:45 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2200 block of Country Club Road.

• 2:28 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of South Evergreen Road.

Wednesday, Feb. 7

• 5:45 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2100 block of West Hayes Street.

• 9:29 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Woodland Avenue.

• 11:07 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of Hazelnut Drive.

• 12:58 p.m.: Police responded to a repot of vandalism in the 3400 block of Steven Street.

• 1:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting at Walmart.

• 3:30 p.m.: Police arrested Juan Guaquin Garcia-Villa, 35, at the intersection of Newberg Highway and North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with second-degree assault, assault police officer-attempt, second-degree disorderly conduct, failure to appear, menacing, possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful use of a weapon (possess illegally).

Thursday, Feb. 8

• 9:34 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1300 block of Rainier Road.

• 10:10 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

• 12:17 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1300 block of Umpqua Road.

• 2 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 2:06 p.m.: Police responded to a report of assault in the 500 block of North Settlemier Avenue.

• 8:21 p.m.: Police arrested Kimberly Uriarte-Para, 22, of Woodburn, in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and she was charged with failure to appear.

Friday, Feb. 9

• 8:37 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 5:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting on Juniper Circle.

• 6:22 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of Newberg Highway.

• 12:15 a.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault in the 1300 block of James Street.

• 9:45 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of Jana Avenue.

• 12:38 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road.

• 1:49 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 7:07 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Lawson Avenue.

• 2:32 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1100 block of Greenview Drive.

• 4:52 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Sallal Road.

Friday, Feb. 9

• 10:56 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at the intersection of North Sheridan and Palmer streets. The officer observed an individual who was near a location they had been trespassed from. No crimes occurred.

Saturday, Feb. 10

• 12:41 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious person vehicle at the intersection of May and East College roads. The officer located a vehicle parked in an area where a "no trespassing" sign was posted. Contact was made with the occupants who advised they would leave.

• 4:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of illegal dumping of furniture in the 900 block of South Main Street.

Monday, Feb. 12

• 10:06 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 400 block of Buchheit Street. The officer determined it to be verbal in nature and no crimes occurred. The parties separated.

• 9:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a prowler in the 500 block of South Main Street. The officer responded and located the subject, who stated they were hiding from a vehicle, but were OK. The officer provided a courtesy transport to a different location.

Tuesday, Feb. 13

• 1:03 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 800 block of North Pershing Street. It was determined to be verbal in nature and no crimes occurred. The parties were separated.

• 8:47 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of East Marquam Street. The report received regarding possible vandalism to a vehicle. After reviewing security footage, it was determined the crime did not occur locally.
