Saturday, Feb. 3

• 7:08 a.m.: Police arrested Keith Allen Miley, 46, of Salem, at the intersection of Young and D streets, and he was charged with driving while suspended, possession of methamphetamine and violation of parole.

Wednesday, Feb. 7

• 2:10 p.m.: Police arrested Marvin Renard Thomas, 45, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of East Cleveland Street, and he was charged with arrest on warrant, and fourth-degree assault.

Saturday, Feb. 10

• 12:26 a.m.: Police arrested Gerald David Cunningham, 58, in the 400 block of Willamette Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and felon in possession of a weapon.

• 4:31 a.m.: Police arrested Edgar Cruz-Montesinos, 18, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North Settlemier Avenue and West Hayes Street, and he was charged with DUII, driving while suspended, minor in possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana.

• 4:47 p.m.: Police arrested Isaiah Andrew Estrada, 20, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

• 9:14 p.m.: Police arrested Alexis Cobain, 18, of Gervais, and Marcelo Mendoza-Ascendio, 18, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Mount Hood Avenue and North Pacific Highway, and both were charged with minor in possession of alcohol, and possession of marijuana.

Sunday, Feb. 11

• 11:34 a.m.: Police arrested Christopher George Beck, 34, and Kerensa Darlene Hancock, 31, both of Salem, at Walmart, and they were charged with shoplifting.

• 4:56 p.m.: Police arrested Victor Raymond Sullivan, 46, of Woodburn, in the 2900 block of Tom Tennant Drive, and he was charged with arrest on warrant and failure to appear.

Monday, Feb. 12

• 8:45 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 10:43 a.m.: Police arrested Jesus David Banos Tellez, 23, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Boones Ferry Road and Newberg Highway, and he was charged with driving while suspended.

• 11:18 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1600 block of North Front Street.

• 12:26 p.m.: Police arrested Aliesei Kojin, 49, of Woodburn, in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine and shoplifting.

• 12:42 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 2 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Evergreen Road.

• 2:35 p.m.: Police responded to a report of burglary in the 100 block of South Evergreen Road.

• 9:30 p.m.: Police arrested Ismael Lopez-Lopez, 36, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with third-degree theft.

• 11:26 a.m.: Police arrested Maria D Vasquez-Hernandez, 31, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Country Lane, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 7:10 p.m.: Police arrested Pierre Michael McWhiter, 25, of Junction City, in the 1400 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:18 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Oregon Way.

• 12:44 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1000 block of Randolph Road.

• 12:38 p.m.: Police arrested Elijah Z Morse, 38, of Molalla, in the 1700 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

• 1:38 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at Walmart.

• 6:14 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 8:56 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1200 block of North Evergreen Road.

• 10:06 a.m.: Police responded to several reports of theft in the 100 block of South Evergreen Road.

Wednesday, Feb. 14

• 7:25 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of South Main Street. They cited and released Courtney Rehberg, 31, of Mount Angel, on charges of initiating a false police report.

Thursday, Feb. 15

• 5:34 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block of Railroad Avenue, regarding unsafe living conditions at a client's home. The officer made contact with the complainant and suggested they contact the property manager.

• 8:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a civil situation in the 800 block of North Main Street. The individual reported their phone had been broken by an angry family member. The individual did not wish to press charges.

Sunday, Feb. 18

• 8:10 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a drunk driver in the 300 block of Main Street. The officer responded and located the subject vehicle legally parked, but unoccupied. The driver was unable to be located.

Tuesday, Feb. 20

• 8:33 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 400 block of West Marquam Street. The investigating officers reported it appears a number of juveniles accosted an individual and left the scene as police were responding. The victim was not injured and the officers were unable to locate the suspects.

• 10:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 500 block of West Marquam Street. The officer determined the subject was smoking in their car because smoking was not allowed on the housing premises.
