• 4:19 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Cruz Granados-Munoz, 30, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, harassment, and strangulation.

• 9:59 p.m.: Police arrested Brandon Robert Baker, 30, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with hit and run.

• 12:12 p.m.: Police arrested Juan Guaquin Garcia-Villa, 35, of Woodburn, at Walmart, and he was charged with failure to appear, shoplifting, and violation of parole.

• 1:16 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Antonio Hernandez, 21, of Woodburn, in the 1900 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with first-degree arson, three-counts of first-degree vandalism, and reckless burning.

• 1:45 p.m.: Police arrested Austin James Perreault, 22, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Independence Avenue, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, and interfering with making a police report.

• 8:49 p.m.: Police arrested Yanesis A. Ramirez-Aliaga, 39, at the Goodwill, and was charged with second-degree trespassing.

• 11:37 p.m.: Police arrested Dale Allan Wolfe, 22, of Roseburg, at the intersection of Harvard Drive and West Hayes Street, and he was charged with DUII and reckless driving.

• 11:49 p.m.: Police arrested Miguel Chavez-Herrera, 38, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North Front and East Lincoln streets, and he was charged with DUII, and reckless driving.

• 2:44 a.m.: Police arrested Eduardo Antonio Trinidad-Guzman, in the 600 block of Young Street, and he was charged with DUII.

• 7:29 p.m.: Police arrested Jodi Lynn Parker, 50, at Walmart, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:08 p.m.: Police arrested David Alarcon Villegas, 22, of Gervais, in the 800 block of Lawson Avenue, and he was charged with DUII, and reckless driving.

• 7:03 p.m.: Police arrested Ismael Lopez-Lopez, 29, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North Front and West Hayes streets, and he was charged with failure to appear, and third-degree robbery.

• 7:30 p.m.: Police arrested Aliesei Kojin, 50, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway, and was charged with probation violation.

• 7:35 p.m.: Police arrested Tito Isidro Lopez-Lopez, 40, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 12:12 a.m.: Police arrested Thomas Joseph Avery, 40, of Mount Angel, in the 600 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 5:18 a.m.: Police arrested Cory Brant Worden, 29, of Salem, and he was charged with possession of burglar tools, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• 5:17 p.m.: Police arrested Antonio B. Segundo-Ciriaco, 36, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, second-degree vandalism, two-counts of failure to appear, menacing, possession of methamphetamine, strangulation, and unlawful entry of motor vehicle.

• 6:53 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block of North Garfield Street. A citizen reported their car had been rifled through.

Saturday, April 14

• 6:15 a.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of South Main and May streets. A citation was issued to the driver for driving while suspended and an un-signaled turn. The officer arrested the passenger Tristan Brannon, 23, of Salem, for giving false information, and for warrants out of Marion County and Salem courts.

Monday, April 16

• 6:04 p.m.: Police arrested Vernon Reitzer, 45, of Mount Angel, in the 1000 block of Academy Street, and was charged with a warrant out of Marion County.

Tuesday, April 17

• 4:03 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft on Towers Lane. The theft was regarding missing medication. Open investigation.

• 6:18 p.m.: Police arrested Holli Michelle Conklin, 44, of Salem, at the intersection of Pacific Highway and J Street and she was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
