• 11:19 p.m.: Police arrested Jesus Rivera-Reyes, 49, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of McKinley Street, and he was charged with DUII.

• 10:20 a.m.: Police responded to a report of burglary in the 1700 block of Tierra Lynn Drive.

• 11:50 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 12:10 p.m.: Police responded to a report of burglary in the 1100 block of Princeton Road.

• 12:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1100 block of East Lincoln Street.

• 5:12 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 100 block of Birdseye Avenue.

• 5:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at Walmart.

• 10:23 p.m.: Police arrested Jessica Lynn Kilmurray, 42, of Gervais, and Tito Isidro Lopez-Lopez, 40, of Woodburn, and Jose M. Maldonado, 31, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of Young Street, and they were charged with first-degree trespassing. Kilmurray was also charged with failure to appear, and Maldonado was also charged with arrest on warrant and failure to appear.

• 10:55 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway.

Tuesday, April 24

• 12:52 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1100 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 2:04 p.m.: Police arrested Jorge Garcia-Pena, 18, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with second-degree theft.

• 4:49 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 6:20 p.m.: Police arrested Ezequel Juarez-Arrellano, 20, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, harassment, and strangulation.

• 6:34 p.m.: Police responded to a report of assault in the 1100 block of Goose Creek Road.

• 7:36 p.m.: Police arrested Robert Keith Makinster, 30, of Wilsonville, in the 1200 block of Newberg Highway, an he was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1700 block of Rainier Road.

Friday, April 20

• 9:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 900 block of South Main Street. Upon arrival the officers determined the parties had been separated and requested no charges be filed.

Saturday, April 21

• 11:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person/vehicle in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue. The officer observed a subject who had been injured in a fight and made contact with the subjects. Open investigation.

Monday, April 23

• 8 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 400 block of East Church Street. The officer contacted the involved parties. It was determined to have been verbal and the parties were separated.

• 11:38 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of West Marquam Street. The report received was regarding a trailer stolen with landscaping items inside. Open investigation.
