Thursday, May 3

• 4:27 p.m.: Police arrested Eli Joseph Zuber, 30, of Oregon City, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with giving false information to police officer, and violation of parole.

Friday, May 4

• 2:40 a.m.: Police arrested Adan Gutierrez, Jr., 45, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of Harrison Street, and he was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, driving while suspended, and hit and run.

• 1:20 p.m.: Police arrested Alejandra Racheal Pantaleon, 19, and Linda Raquel Pantaleon-Hoch, 23, both of Salem, in the 100 block of North Front Street, and they were both charged with first-degree forgery.

• 7:26 p.m.: Police arrested Timofey Efimoff, 35, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with third-degree vandalism.

• 8:50 p.m.: Police arrested Desmond M. Powell, 28, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of George Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

Sunday, May 6

• 1:41 a.m.: Police arrested Israel Juarez-Lopez, 53, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North First and Montgomery streets, and he was charged with DUII.

• 8:40 a.m.: Police arrested Johnny Loyd Wheeler, 72, of Crestwell, in the 400 block of Columbia Drive, and he was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.

• 6:27 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Luis Cruz-Fernandez, 32, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of Tout Street, and he was charged with harassment.

Monday, May 7

• 12:18 a.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault at the intersection of Harrison and North Sixth Street.

• 2:13 a.m.: Police arrested Melissa C. Frantila-Justice, 45, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Newberg Highway and North Cascade Drive, and she was charged with failure to appear, and possession of methamphetamine.

• 8:51 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Carol Street.

• 10:15 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3200 block of Pacific Highway.

• 11:43 a.m.: Police arrested Kellene Cassie Randles, 48, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of East Lincoln Street, and she was charged with second-degree trespassing.

• 2:39 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Young Street.

• 3:53 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation in the 3500 block of Myrtle Street.

• 8:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of North Second Street.

Tuesday, May 8

• 6:59 a.m.: Police responded to 3 reports of vandalism in the 300-900 blocks of North Pacific Highway.

• 2:13 p.m.: Police arrested Samson Gabriel Hinsvark, 37, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

• 3:27 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the intersection of North First and West Lincoln streets.

• 10:33 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Manuel Perez, 29, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

Thursday, May 10

• 12:14 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 900 block of Brown Street.

• 9:05 a.m.: Police arrested Ines Lara-Dominguez, 43, in the 200 block of Montgomery Street, and was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:11 a.m.: Police arrested Feodor Molodyh, 32, in the 1000 block of Blaine Street, and he was charged with failure to appear, and violation of parole.

• 11:12 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation, in the 400 block of Parr Road.

• 4:23 p.m.: Police responded to a report of fraud in the 800 block of Evergreen Road.

• 6:45 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

7;35 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 200 block of Parr Road.

• 11:26 p.m.: Police arrested Aldo Cisneros, 25, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of Prairie Street, and he was charged with harassment.

• 5:31 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of North Front Street.

• 4:43 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3000 block of Sprague Lane.

• 5:59 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 9:34 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1300 block of West Hayes Street.

• 11:16 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1000 block of Hermanson Street.

Tuesday, May 1

• 10:03 p.m.: Police arrested Paul B. Coleman, 62, of Hubbard, in the 2400 block of Kari Lane, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Monday, May 7

• 10:15 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3200 block of Pacific Highway.

Sunday, May 13

• 5:51 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 20000 block of Grim Road.

Mount Angel

Wednesday, May 9

• 4:44 a.m.: Police arrested Geovany Torres, 20, of Mount Angel, in the 900 block of South Main Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

• 5:09 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious person/vehicle in the 100 block of South Main Street, an individual received a warning for discharging a pellet gun within the city limits.

• 8:38 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 500 block of May Street, the officers observed three juveniles causing minor damage to a fence. Parents of the individuals were contacted and warnings were given.

Friday, May 11

• 12:25 a.m.: Police arrested Everett Kintz, 26, of Mount Angel, in the 200 block of South Garfield, and he was charged with Marion County warrants.

• 8:53 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 1000 block of Academy Street, and upon investigation, it was determined to be verbal in nature and no crimes had occurred. Parties were separated.

SAturday, May 12

• 8:16 p.m.: Police responded to a family disturbance report at the intersection of North Cleveland and East College streets, the parties involved were unwilling to meet with officers.
